There are some old pictures that never get used for anything. Sometimes they are even favourite shots for random reasons. A prime example is the croissant picture. It is not my kitchen or my croissant.

So evocative... you can almost feel the herd of sheep bleating, pressing forward to engulf the croissant, tramplng, as they do, over shelves of eclectic rangefinder cameras past and present..
